Laura Rodriguez, MSW

A first-generation Cuban-American, Laura is passionate about equity work and is currently pursuing her PhD from Portland State University. Her research is focused on improving employment and health care systems’ ability to provide equitable services to people who hold multiple intersecting marginalized identities.
Laura’s professional experience includes service coordination, supervision, program management, full-scale program direction and management, and systems analysis. She brings a solution-based mindset and a worldview grounded in compassion to Equitable Hiring Solutions.
Hilary grew up in rural Southern Oregon and has over 16 years of experience in the I.T. industry, including more than a decade serving as an Executive in both Operations and People Operations in NYC.

With a keen focus on Talent Acquisition and people analytics, Hilary is passionate about helping organizations achieve their Equity, Diversity and Inclusion goals and becoming positive agents of change.
